Those days
:)) cand vad poza asta....rad...rad ca un nebun si in acelasi timp imi trec prin cap mii de amintiri frumoase alaturii de baietii de pe "baculturii". Doamne cate tampenii am mai facut...de cate ori am sfidat moartea alaturi de ei, cate belele :)...politie, fete, bautura si mult mai multe dar nu le pot spune aici pt ca unele lucruri ar trebui sa ramana nespuse pur si simplu(e de ajuns sa stim noi si atat). Damn i miss those days, and what days they were...am atins si noi apogeul tineretii cu still si faima..pun pariu k majoritatea care or sa vada poza asta o sa rada din start :)), stiu ei de ce.crazy bastards..miss u guys..promit k o sa dezvolt mai tarziu subiectu asta dar acum imi cam cad ochii :)) e prea dim pt mine...plange pensionaru din mine.rezpect

A new way of life
Yep, rehab for me baby....i`m sick of all this shit that's around me over and over and over again. Sick of wasting my time with stupid ppl..i have to do something cuz it's time for a new begining..a new me...better...stronger...faster..right ?..well, only time will tell if i`m really ready to embrace my destiny...bla bla...i'm starting to talk crapy ;)) but wtf...it's a fckn' blog..nobody cares...he blends so easily in this swamp full of information. Damn...i'm starting to be annoyed by this phenomenon cuz all this stupid kids r developing a second or third pesonality on "the virtual world".stupidity...that's all, Where is the love, the respect for the old ones, the happyness that used to flow in the air...........nowadays, chaos defines the meaning of life.......respect yourself girls and boys...DRINK dudes, DRINK till u DIE. Property Improvement Loan Insurance (Title I)
Type of Assistance:
The Title I program insures loans to finance the light or moderate rehabilitation of properties, as well as the construction of nonresidential buildings on the property. This program may be used to insure such loans for up to 20 years on either single- or multifamily properties. The maximum loan amount is $25,000 for improving a single-family home or for improving or building a nonresidential structure.
For improving a multifamily structure, the maximum loan amount is $12,000 per family unit, not to exceed a total of $60,000 for the structure. These are fixed-rate loans, for which lenders charge interest at market rates. The interest rates are not subsidized by HUD, although some communities participate in local housing rehabilitation programs that provide reduced-rate property improvement loans through Title I lenders.
FHA insures private lenders against the risk of default for up to 90 percent of any single loan. The annual premium for this insurance is $1 per $100 of the amount advanced; although this fee may be charged to the borrower separately, it is sometimes covered by a higher interest charge.
